1. Introduction

WinkRush (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an intentional dating platform at winkrush.date. Card checkout and marketing email are not live. We protect account data and do not claim that private messages are encrypted at rest.

2. Information We Collect

To run profiles, compatibility, and optional identity review, we collect:

• Account Data: Name, email address, date of birth, gender, and encrypted credentials.
• Profile Details: Photos, lifestyle prompts, relationship goals, and mutual passions.
• Verification Imagery: Real-time selfie pose data used strictly to verify authentic identity.
• Usage & Messages: Private chat is stored so the conversation can be shown to the people in it, and to staff when a report requires it. It is not claimed to be encrypted at rest.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to show profiles, carry messages, and review safety reports. Card checkout is not connected, so this page does not process a VIP payment. We do not sell personal data or private messages to advertisers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can edit your profile in Settings. A self-serve button that deletes the whole account is not on that screen. Messages older than 180 days can be removed by a job that stays off until it is explicitly switched on, and an open report keeps those messages.
